Job description

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) will provide holistic resident care, considering their physical, emotional, spiritual, and psychological health needs. The LPN will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate resident care within the LPN Scope of Practice. The LPN will serve as a team leader, providing direction and supervision for Resident Care Workers in the home.

• A nurse who has completed a recognized Practical Nursing Program, including pharmacology, health assessment, and medication administration
• A nurse with a current license in the province
• Certified in Safe Resident Handling
