Responsibilities

Receive and transcribe verbal prescriptions from healthcare providers.
Ensure patient safety through accurate and high-quality preparation and release of medications.
Transfer prescriptions to and receive prescriptions from other pharmacies.
Process prescriptions by entering orders, counting, measuring, compounding, and packaging medications.
Perform final checks on prepared prescriptions for accuracy and safety.
Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in compliance with regulatory standards.
Oversee Pharmacy Assistants to ensure efficient and safe prescription filling.
