Licensed Paralegal or Lawyer – Compliance Enforcement Caller

WCAGI is hiring a licensed paralegal or lawyer to make phone calls to First Nations and public organizations regarding AODA website violations. You’ll be issuing legal warnings, offering a $10,000 compliance remediation service, and sending follow-up proposals.

What You’ll Do:

1. Call warm leads (we provide list)
2. Identify AODA violations using our script
3. Warn of potential legal risk ($100K/day fines, grant loss)
4. Send proposal + contract from [e-mail]
5. No legal filings. No chasing. Just pressure + resolution.

Requirements:

• Licensed in Ontario (Paralegal or Lawyer)
• Comfortable speaking with authority
• Can work remotely 2–3 hours/day
• Maintain a professional tone. No hard selling.
