About Us:

We are a brand-new optical store with two wonderful location in the mall, committed to offering personalized vision care and stylish eyewear to our community in Richmond / Burnaby. Our goal is to blend quality, stylish but affordable eyewear with exceptional customer service in a welcoming environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide expert optical advice and ensure accurate fittings for customers.
• Help customers select eyewear and lens that meets their prescription and suits their style.
• Perform adjustments, repairs, and inspections of eyewear.
• Deliver outstanding customer service by creating a friendly and supportive environment.
• Collaborate with the team to meet sales goals and maintain store standards.
• Assist in remote eye exam if applicable ( training will be provided)

Who You Are:

• Licensed Optician
• Passionate about eyewear fashion and helping customers look and feel their best.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and committed to delivering high-quality service.
• Retail or optical sales experience is a plus.
• Multitasking and computer skills. We maintain 100% in electronic.
