Job summary

Qualifications

  • Red Seal certification as a truck and/or trailer mechanic
  • Experience as a B620 inspector is an asset
  • Strong mechanical knowledge and diagnostic skills
  • Proficiency with computers
  • High level of professionalism and teamwork
  • Experience with tankers, trucks, dry vans, reefers or welding is an asset

Responsibilities

  • Perform maintenance and repairs in adherence to safety standards and regulations
  • Participate in safety and maintenance meetings
  • Engage in professional and service-oriented interactions with colleagues
  • Complete electronic work orders and maintain a clean workspace
  • Diagnose issues and communicate required parts effectively
  • Conduct preventative maintenance and annual motor vehicle inspections
  • Stay up to date with work-related training and development opportunities

Your Role:

What You Bring to the Table:
  • Red Seal certification as a truck and/or trailer mechanic.
  • Experience as a B620 inspector (an asset but not required).
  • Strong mechanical knowledge and diagnostic skills.
  • Proficiency with computers.
  • High level of professionalism and teamwork.
  • Additional experience with tankers, trucks, dry vans, reefers, or welding is an asset.
