UPS Canada is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic (Millwright) at our Surrey Automated Facility to support the package sorting system and conveyors. This role involves maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems in a fast‑paced environment.
Candidates should have Grade 12, Red Seal Millwright, 3 years post‑apprenticeship experience with conveyors, and strong communication.
The Maintenance Mechanic (Millwright) position supports the package sorting system, including belt conveyors, at our state‑of‑the‑art Surrey Automated Facility. In our industry, this position is also known as Plant Mechanic or Industrial Mechanic. This position is responsible for a broad range of maintenance activities performed to keep UPS package handling facilities operating efficiently and effectively. The work can be fast‑paced and requires routine interaction with other operations employees.

Shift: 3:00 AM to 11:30 AM Monday through Friday (Flexibility required to work occasional weekends & non‑regular shifts, especially during peak season)
Pay rate: $39.24/hr. (Base Rate $36.00/hr. + Hourly Bonus of $3.24/hr.)
