Doane Grant Thornton is seeking a Licensed Insolvency Trustee to join a leading national professional services firm. You will conduct consultations, oversee filings, and ensure compliance with insolvency law while delivering exceptional client care.

Qualifications

• CIRP designation and Licensed Insolvency Trustee status are required.
• 5+ years in a Licensed Insolvency firm with client onboarding and file administration experience.
• Strong advisory capabilities and professional judgment.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills with clients and colleagues.
• Ability to coach, mentor and develop team members.
• Solid understanding of KPIs and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Conduct consultations, assessments, and sign meetings with debtors.
• Ensure compliance with the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act and firm risk policies.
• Deliver an exceptional client experience through responsiveness and proactive service.
• Maintain professional competence in all technical and legal elements of consumer insolvency.
• Communicate effectively with debtors, creditors, the Office of the Superintendent of Bankruptcy, and the Courts.
