Qualifications

• 10+ years of advisory experience in a Canadian professional services firm, leading and conducting complex restructuring and insolvency proceedings.
• Insolvency expertise across all insolvency proceedings.
• Strong financial acumen and leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow the Corporate Restructuring practice across British Columbia, expanding market presence and client relationships.
• Originate and win new business opportunities with senior leadership.
• Guide boards, lenders, and business leaders through complex restructuring and turnaround scenarios.
• Own and lead complex mandates end-to-end with high-quality outcomes and commercial judgement.
• Build and shape a high-performing team and nurture talent.
