Qualifications

• Experienced Heavy Equipment Mechanic or 3rd/4th year apprentice with diagnostic skills.
• Repair and maintain construction equipment including Genie, Skyjack and CAT.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-service mindset.
• Able to juggle priorities and work with minimal supervision.
• Own tools required; on-call flexibility is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot equipment issues and estimate repair costs.
• Inspect rental equipment for proper operation and identify faults.
• Repair, adjust, or replace defective parts and systems.
• Test repaired equipment to meet manufacturer specs.
• Complete service reports and documentation accurately.
• Support branch operations and collaborate with departments.
