Job description

Job Responsibilities
  1. Meet with and manage relationships with existing clients to understand their financial goals.
  2. Develop and recommend tailored financial plans and solutions.
  3. Help grow the client base through referrals, networking, and community engagement.
  4. Provide ongoing client support and financial education.
Qualifications
  • Must hold a valid financial advisor license.
  • Proven experience in financial advising or a related field.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Commitment to providing exceptional client service and maintaining ethical standards.
Additional Responsibilities
  • Work with existing clients to retain business and identify new opportunities.
  • Consult with current and prospective clients to gather financial information and develop plans.
  • Answer client questions and provide financial advice.
  • Advise on insurance, investment, cash management, and other strategies to meet financial goals.
  • Review client accounts regularly to adapt to changes in life, economy, or financial circumstances.
  • Analyze financial data to develop strategies aligned with client goals.
Additional Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field.
  • 1-2 years of sales experience.
  • FINRA series 7 and 63 Securities Registration (66 or 65 preferred).
  • Life and Health License.
  • Knowledge of mutual funds, securities, and insurance industries.
Compensation

$80,500 potential
