Dilawri Group of Companies at Oakville Honda is seeking a Licensed Service Technician to join the Oakville service team. With 3+ years in a fast-paced shop and a valid 310S license, you will perform repairs, diagnostics, and maintenance following manufacturer guidelines.

You will use advanced diagnostic equipment, communicate recommendations to customers with service advisors, and ensure warranty qualifications are handled properly.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a fast-paced automotive service environment with a valid 310S license.
• Valid G license.
• Dealership and Honda/brand knowledge is beneficial.
• Strong aptitude for technical/mechanical repairs.
• Knowledge of latest automotive technology and advancements.
• Good time management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Effective communication with customers and team members.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs and maintenance according to standards and guidelines.
• Conduct inspections and diagnostics to identify malfunctions and perform the repair.
• Utilize advanced diagnostic equipment to pinpoint complex problems.
• Collaborate with service advisors to communicate repair recommendations to customers.
• Qualify vehicles for warranty coverage prior to performing warranty repairs.
• Examine vehicles to determine if additional safety or service work is required.
• Perform road tests using safe driving standards.
• Stay up to date on latest industry trends, vehicle technology, and repair techniques.
• Complete repair orders accurately and in a timely manner.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Pay Rate

$30-$35/Hour
