Orillia Nissan, part of Plaza Auto Group, is seeking a Licensed Automotive Service Technician (310S) to join our service team in Orillia, Ontario. The role offers a flat rate of $40.00 per hour, with monthly proficiency and CSI bonuses, and a signing bonus available to eligible candidates.

Qualifications

• Valid 310S Automotive Service Technician Certificate of Qualification.
• Proven experience diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing vehicles.
• Strong mechanical knowledge and diagnostic problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and contribute effectively to a team.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to safe, quality workmanship.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose mechanical and electrical concerns using appropriate diagnostic tools and equipment.
• Perform vehicle maintenance, inspections, and repairs in accordance with manufacturer specifications and dealership standards.
• Repair and replace vehicle components accurately and efficiently.
• Complete vehicle inspections and clearly document findings and recommended repairs.
• Maintain accurate repair orders, diagnostic notes, and service records.
• Communicate findings and repair requirements to Service Advisors and the service management team.
• Verify completed repairs and conduct road tests as required.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow workplace health and safety procedures.
• Participate in training and work collaboratively to support service quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
