Penske Truck Leasing Canada Inc. is seeking an experienced licensed technician in Stoney Creek, Ontario. The role involves diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining tractor-trailer and trailer equipment with minimal supervision and using advanced tools and equipment.

We offer industry-leading technology, competitive pay of $40–$44 per hour, shift from Wednesday to Saturday 6am–4:30pm, and comprehensive benefits including RRSP matching and training opportunities.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of tractor trailer maintenance experience.
• Must hold Red Seal/310T provincial license.
• Must maintain active government registration.
• Current driver's license (D or 3) with air brake certification within 6 months.
• Proficient with trade tools and diagnostic equipment.

Responsabilidades

• Perform preventive maintenance at all levels.
• Identify warrantable repairs and document on repair order.
• Road test vehicles to diagnose malfunctions.
• Inspect brakes, steering, wheel bearings and related parts.
• Raise trucks using jacks/hoists and work with minimal supervision.
• Maintain safe, clean work area and use appropriate tools.

Conhecimentos

5+ years experience

Red Seal/310T license

Valid D or 3 license with air brake

Proficiency with hand and power tools
