RRC Polytech is seeking a Library and Academic Services Systems Specialist to lead the planning, implementation, and enhancement of library technology that supports student success, teaching, learning, and research.
Working with Library and Academic Services colleagues, campus partners, and technology vendors, you will drive system improvements, support migrations, and optimize workflows to keep our digital services accessible, sustainable, and responsive to evolving needs.

In this dynamic role, you will lead the planning, implementation, and enhancement of innovative technology solutions that support student success, teaching, learning, and research. From overseeing the library's digital services ecosystem, including its web presence, discovery systems, institutional repository, and digital collections, to exploring emerging technologies, you will play a key role in creating seamless and engaging user experiences.
Working collaboratively with Library and Academic Services colleagues, campus partners, and technology vendors, you will drive system improvements, support technology implementations and migrations, and help optimize workflows and services. Your expertise will ensure our systems remain accessible, sustainable, and responsive to evolving needs, while aligning with the strategic priorities of Library and Academic Services and Red River College Polytech. You'll also provide oversight for library lending technology and related operations, contributing to a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
