Job summary

PreciKam Inc. is seeking a Level II injection moulding technician to print work orders, transfer information between departments, and ensure proper operation of machines and equipment.

The role includes ensuring quality standards, maintaining a clean and safe environment, and monitoring resin requirements. You will install and uninstall moulds, perform tests on repaired moulds, fill daily production reports, adjust cycle times, and participate in training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or technical/vocational training.
• 3–5 years experience in a similar position or equivalent training.
• Knowledge of plastic raw materials and drying procedures.
• Ability to operate all machines in the moulding department.
• Understand inspection procedures per inspection plans.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
• Hanging and removing moulds on injection moulding machines.
• Connect cooling circuits according to the cooling chart.
• Enter injection parameters for each mould installed.
• Report safety, operational or quality problems to supervisors.
• Ensure machines and equipment under your control operate properly to minimize downtime.
