Job summary

Consolidated Container Company is seeking a Machine Technician II to operate blow-mold, grinders, trimmer machines and conveyors on the production line. You will troubleshoot process issues and perform minor maintenance to keep lines running, while adhering to our Good Manufacturing Practices.

This role requires three plus years of machine operator experience, intermediate math and computer skills, and completion of Altium Machine Technician Level II training.

Qualifications

• Three-plus years of equivalent machine operator experience.
• Intermediate mathematical skills.
• Intermediate computer experience.
• Completion of Altium Machine Technician Level II training.

Responsibilities

• Operate blow-mold, grinders, trimmer machines and conveyors.
• Troubleshoot process problems and perform minor maintenance on the production line.
• Adhere to quality control and blow mold process procedures.
• Change colors with minimal product loss.
• Assist with preventive maintenance and machine changes.
• Train entry-level Machine Operators and shadow operators as needed.
• Repair or replace pneumatic and hydraulic lines.
• Work across multiple platforms and plant areas.
