Job summary

Conexus Credit Union is seeking a detail-oriented Lending Operations Administrator II for a temporary up to 18-month role. The position supports Commercial, Agriculture, and Consumer lending, handling loan documentation, registrations, renewals, and related activities across multiple portfolios.

You will contribute to process improvements, coordinate loan administration tasks, and help ensure regulatory compliance while delivering high-quality service to members and internal partners.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in Business or a related field with 1 to 3 years of job-related experience.
• Working knowledge of lending regulatory and legislative guidelines is beneficial
• Experience working with technology, software applications, and data entry processes; DNA banking system knowledge is an asset

Responsibilities

• Processing a variety of loan administration and operational transactions accurately and efficiently, including documentation preparation, registrations, renewals, and transactional support across Agriculture, Commercial, Consumer lending, and mortgage portfolios
• Supporting merger integration initiatives, contributing to process alignment, standardization, and operational readiness across lending functions
• Serving as an escalation point for loan administration issues and inquiries, providing timely support and coordinating effective resolutions with internal teams and external partners
• Assisting in the development of lending processes relating to the retail and operations areas, ensuring regulatory and operational requirements are met
• Maintaining effective use of credit union and third-party systems for efficient tracking, processing and inquiries
• Completing activities related to proper maintenance and retention of office correspondence, loan files and other documentation
• Completing and balancing reconciliations of internal accounts

The bigger picture

We\'re looking for a detail-oriented team player who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and delivering exceptional service to come onboard as a Lending Operations Administrator II in a temporary, up to 18 months, opportunity. The preferred locations for this position are Yorkton and Emerald Park, however, this opportunity is open to any Conexus location, as long as space is available.

In this role, you\'ll provide timely, high-quality loan administration, processing, and support services in a hybrid lending environment supporting Commercial, Agriculture, and Consumer lending portfolios. You will prepare and distribute lending documentation, coordinate loan administration activities, and have an opportunity to identify, recommend, and share ideas that drive process improvements, enhance operational efficiency, and elevate the overall member experience.

How You\'ll Be Spending Your Time

The Experience You Bring

• Post-secondary education in Business or a related field with 1 to 3 years of job-related experience (or an equivalent combination of education and financial or lending experience)
• Working knowledge of lending regulatory and legislative guidelines is beneficial
• Experience working with technology, software applications, and data entry processes; knowledge of DNA banking system is an asset, however, not required

Salary range

$51,389.43 - $64,237.60 with 5% Short Term Incentive Target
