Job summary

Financeit is seeking a Senior Manager, Lending Compliance to oversee regulatory compliance for consumer lending operations. You will lead licensing registrations, monitor laws, and advise business units on regulatory changes to protect the enterprise.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in a compliance, audit, legal, or equivalent role.
• Knowledge of the legislative process and regulations for financial services and digital lending.
• Ability to interpret legislation and present it to business leaders.
• Strong oral and written communication skills for senior stakeholders.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• High level of judgment, reasoning and discretion.

Responsibilities

• Advise business leaders on regulatory impacts, new products, services and initiatives.
• Monitor regulatory changes across jurisdictions to ensure alignment.
• Develop and monitor regulatory compliance policies and training.
• Lead licensing registrations and renewals for lending operations.
• Report to Senior Leadership Team and Board on key compliance items.
• Support Enterprise Risk and Governance Committee meetings and align with Chief Compliance Officer.
