WorkSafeBC is seeking a detail-oriented Legal and Insolvency Clerk to support the Collections team. You will prepare documents to initiate legal proceedings, handle bankruptcy filings, and coordinate with employers and trustees in a fast-paced environment.
Ideal candidates will have strong Microsoft Word/Excel skills, at least one year of office experience, and accuracy in business math. This role is based in Richmond, BC, five days a week, with a progressive work model.
Are you experienced in preparing documents and correspondence to kickstart legal proceedings for enforcing payment? We're looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Legal and Insolvency Clerk to join our Collections team. In this role, you'll be the go-to person for answering questions about departmental policies and procedures related to legal account collections.
