MUST HAVE CLIO EXPERIENCE - FT

Our Toronto boutique law firm client acts for Canada's largest financial institutions. They are growing rapidly and seeking an experienced Bookkeeper/Office Manager to manage the firm's financial functions with precision and efficiency, as well as to engage in various office management tasks.
Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and reconcile trust and general accounts in accordance with LSO guidelines.
  • Prepare invoices, manage accounts receivable/payable, and handle payroll.
  • Assist with budgeting, financial reporting, and year-end preparation.
  • Oversee administrative staff.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:
  • MUST HAVE CLIO EXPERIENCE.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in bookkeeping in a legal environment.
  • Proficient in accounting software , especially QuickBooks, MS Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • Knowledge of trust accounting and law firm billing practices.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to prioritize, multitask, and maintain confidentiality.

Compensation: $110,000-$120,000, Benefits, vacation, sick days, indoor parking
