A well-established law firm in Québec City is seeking experienced legal assistants to support litigation partners. Two full-time positions are available in Québec City for legal assistants with 3 to 5 years of experience in litigation. Support experienced litigation partners within a well-established law firm. Hybrid work model, collaborative culture, and attractive working conditions.

Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative and legal support to litigation professionals.
• Draft, revise, and format various legal documents (procedures, letters, reports, etc.).
• Manage civil procedure deadlines and file court documents.
• Prepare books of exhibits, sources, and authorities.
• Manage files, both physical and electronic.
• Follow up with clients, bailiffs, experts, and other stakeholders.
• Handle monthly billing and generate various reports.
• Actively participate in continuous improvement of internal processes.
What you will need to succeed:
• Diploma in legal techniques or equivalent education.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in litigation.
• Strong knowledge of civil procedure.
• Excellent drafting and proofreading skills for legal documents.
• Very good command of spoken and written French.
• Proficiency with office tools (Microsoft Office Suite, legal software).
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and thoroughness.
• Ability to manage multiple files simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Bilingual in English and French to support clients in both languages (nice to have).
