What You Will Do
- Providing administrative support to the Legal and Finance departments
- Retrieving and registering Land Title Office documents (including E-filing)
- Maintaining minute books, annual reports and corporate records using the Automated Legal Forms (ALF) System. Previous ALF experience an asset, but the employer will train the right candidate
- Maintaining the Legal Department filing systems
- Assure discreet handling of all company business
What You Bring
- 2 years’ experience with corporate work will be an asset
- This position requires a highly motivated, self-starter with excellent communication (both written and oral), time management and organizational skills, as well as the ability to anticipate needs and adapt to changing priorities and daily demands
- Proficiency in ALF corporate records software will be required, either prior to job commencement or following training
- Proficiency in office technology (including Microsoft Office applications)
- Excellent planning, organizational and follow-up skills
Salary Range
$55,000 - $60,000
