We are actively seeking a dedicated Bilingual Human Resource Advisor who specializes in leave management to join a proactive and consultative team. This role involves providing comprehensive daily support and expert guidance throughout the employee leave lifecycle. As a trusted subject matter expert, you will collaborate closely with employees, managers, and HR business partners to deliver a high level of consultative service and ensure seamless leave management processes.

This position can be based out of one of our offices in Oakville, ON, Calgary, AB, or Burnaby, BC.
Base Compensation:70 000 -90 000
