Job summary

Starlight Investments, together with WP Osborne Executive Search, seeks a Director, Leasing Operations to lead the operational execution of its centralized leasing platform across Canada's residential portfolio.

Reporting to the VP National Leasing, the role focuses on driving funnel performance, lead-to-lease conversion, reporting, and cross‑functional alignment with Asset Management, Marketing, Analytics and Call Centre teams to scale leasing outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of residential real estate leasing experience including lease-up and stabilization across developments.
• Strong leadership and process optimization capabilities with a track record of improving leasing KPIs and reporting.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Support lease-up and stabilization initiatives across new developments and stabilized assets.
• Monitor leasing velocity, occupancy trends, conversion metrics, and funnel performance.
• Drive consistency across leasing operations, service standards, workflows and reporting.
• Identify operational gaps and implement solutions to improve performance.
• Standardize leasing processes and operational expectations across developments.
• Improve lead response times, prospect engagement and conversion outcomes.
• Monitor KPIs and reporting to support optimization.
