Duties

Manage all aspects of the leasing process, including marketing available units, conducting property tours, and closing lease agreements efficiently.

Utilize property management software such as Yardi to track leads, manage tenant information, and generate reports.

Respond promptly to inquiries via phone, email, or in person with professional phone etiquette and a positive attitude.

Maintain accurate data entry and filing systems for tenant records, lease agreements, and related documentation.

Coordinate with maintenance teams using Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) tools to ensure units are move-in ready.

Develop and nurture strong customer relationships through excellent customer service and personalized communication strategies.

Negotiate lease terms that benefit both the property owner and prospective tenants while adhering to company policies.

Qualifications

Proven experience in property management or leasing roles with a strong background in sales and customer service.

Proficiency in Yardi or similar property management software is highly preferred.

Demonstrated administrative skills including data entry, filing, and office experience.

Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication abilities and phone etiquette.

Experience with CMMS systems or other maintenance management tools is a plus.

Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Knowledge of local rental laws, regulations, and best practices in property leasing is advantageous.
