Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leasing Leadership
  • Develop and execute forward-thinking leasing strategies that maximize occupancy and revenue.
  • Monitor market conditions and competitor performance to uncover new opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Lead a High-Performance Team
  • Recruit, mentor, and lead a results-driven leasing team focused on accountability, customer service, and innovation.
  • Foster a collaborative and energizing workplace culture aligned with the Patry Group’s values.
  • Lease Negotiation & Portfolio Management
  • Oversee all aspects of lease negotiation and approval, ensuring favorable terms and full compliance with legal standards.
  • Manage and optimize the leasing pipeline across residential and commercial assets.
  • Marketing & Brand Amplification
  • Collaborate with our in-house marketing team to build eye-catching campaigns that attract ideal tenants.
  • Leverage digital tools and creative strategies to boost brand awareness and property visibility.
  • Tenant Relations & Retention
  • Build meaningful relationships with tenants, ensuring their needs are met and concerns addressed promptly.
  • Design and implement retention strategies that drive loyalty and minimize vacancy.
  • Performance Reporting & Forecasting
  • Analyze financial and operational data to track leasing performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Present key insights and strategic recommendations to the executive team.
  • Risk Mitigation & Compliance
  • Ensure all leasing activity adheres to relevant legislation, municipal regulations, and best practices.
  • Proactively identify potential risks and resolve issues with professionalism and care.
  • Property Standards Oversight
  • Lead inspections and readiness reviews to ensure properties meet or exceed leasing standards.
  • Work closely with property management teams to address deficiencies and maintain curb appeal.
  • Technology & Process Innovation
  • Evaluate and implement new leasing and property management technologies that drive efficiency and enhance tenant experiences.
  • Stay current with industry tools and trends to keep the Patry Group at the forefront of innovation.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Serve as a bridge between leasing, property management, finance, and executive leadership to streamline communication and operational alignment.
  • Share updates, challenges, and wins across departments with clarity and transparency.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • Proven leadership experience in leasing or property management, ideally in a multi-property or mixed-use setting.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Deep knowledge of leasing laws, market dynamics, and tenant relations.
  • Proficiency with leasing software platforms and CRM tools.
