Job summary

TROIKA is seeking a Residential Leasing Coordinator for its Kelowna, BC portfolio. You will manage inquiries, conduct property tours, guide applicants, and coordinate move-ins, reporting on leasing metrics to drive occupancy and revenue.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in leasing or related customer service, strong communication, organization, and a professional demeanor, with knowledge of BC tenancy rules an asset. On-site role with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, Property Management is considered an asset.
• An equivalent combination of education and relevant experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Leasing & Tenant Relations: respond to inquiries, conduct tours, communicate promotions, guide applications, ensure exceptional tenant experience.
• Marketing & Administration: prepare lease docs, track activity in property management software, align collateral with leasing goals.
• Move-In Coordination: ensure suites are ready for occupancy and meet Gold Standard expectations.
• Reporting & Performance: maintain leasing metrics, support occupancy/revenue targets, assist market surveys and analyses.
