Job summary

Minto is hiring a Leasing Coordinator in Toronto or Ottawa, ON to support leasing and revenue management teams. You will manage rental applications, renewals, and tenant inquiries with a customer-focused approach.

Strong experience in leasing or admin, plus familiarity with Salesforce, Yardi, and Office software, will help you thrive in a fast-paced environment across Canada.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; post-secondary preferred.
• Combination of education and experience will be considered.
• Background in leasing, administration, or customer service roles.
• Experience with Salesforce, Yardi, and Microsoft Office.
• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of provincial tenancy laws.
• Ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Organized and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily administrative assistance to the Leasing team.
• Review and audit rental applications portfolio-wide.
• Process rental applications and purchase orders as required.
• Act as primary contact for tenants regarding lease renewal options.
• Prepare and process legal documentation for renewals.
• Handle lease assignments across communities.
• Assist Senior Administrator with onboarding and training new team members.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of Minto communities and offerings across Canada.

The Leasing Coordinator plays a key role in supporting Minto’s Leasing and Revenue Management teams, ensuring a seamless experience for residents across our national portfolio. Hiring pay range rate: $50,000-$55,000
