We are looking for someone with strong sales and closing instincts, not simply someone who can conduct a tour.
We offer two compensation structures:
C$55,000–C$70,000 annual base salary plus performance-based commission, depending on performance.
A performance-driven option for Leasing Agents who want their income directly tied to their results.
There is no cap on earning potential, allowing high-performing agents to earn significantly more as their leasing volume increases.
You will likely succeed in this role if you are competitive, personable, resourceful, comfortable working independently, and genuinely enjoy sales and closing.
You understand that a successful showing doesn't end with walking someone through a property. You know how to recognize buying signals, overcome hesitation, ask for the business, and make it easy for an interested prospect to move forward.
