  • Design and develop learning solutions across digital, virtual, classroom, and blended formats, applying adult learning principles and instructional design methodology to produce accessible, engaging, and measurable programs.
  • Facilitate learning sessions and capability-building experiences for employee and leader audiences, both in person and virtually.
  • Own administration and continuous improvement of the Learning Management System – configuration, catalog and course management, assignments, access, testing, troubleshooting, and end-user support – including vendor coordination on releases and enhancements, and recommendations to modernize the learning ecosystem through automation and integrations.
  • Build and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and recurring reporting (primarily Power BI) that track participation, completion, compliance, effectiveness, and business impact for leaders, HR partners, and auditors.

  • Manage delivery and administration of the annual Mandatory Learning program and other regulatory and compliance learning, including assignment, testing, attestation, tracking, reporting, and audit readiness, in partnership with policy and risk owners.
  • Coordinate learning delivery logistics – scheduling, technology readiness, materials, facilitator support, and learner communications – and manage relationships with external learning vendors and partners.
