Federated Co-operatives Limited (FCL) is hiring a Learning Specialist, Delivery on a temporary basis (term up to 7 months).
We are looking for an outgoing individual who is able to facilitate engaging conversation. The successful candidate will act as the face of our Learning & Development team, delivering a suite of workshops designed to foster professional growth. This position is a hybrid opportunity and is open to candidates across Western Canada. This role requires up to 50% travel to facilitate in-person workshops, as such, proximity to a major airport is preferred.

You will be one of two Learning Specialists, Delivery and will report into a Learning and Development Specialist. This energetic, creative team is passionate about driving meaningful learning experiences. You will interact most often with your peers, other HR Professionals, workshop participants from diverse backgrounds across the CRS.
