Qualifications

• 8+ years in Learning & Development, Learning Consulting, or Learning Solutions Architecture.
• Experience designing and implementing enterprise learning programs from concept through execution.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and blended learning.
• Experience conducting learning needs analyses and performance consulting.
• Vendor management and relationship-building experience.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
• Experience supporting onboarding and compliance-related learning initiatives.
• Project-based delivery experience within large organizations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, Word, Outlook, Excel).
• Intermediate Excel skills including Pivot Tables, charts, and formulas.
• Experience using AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the banking or financial services industry.
• Relevant Learning & Development, Adult Education, or Training certifications.
• Post-secondary education in a related field.
