Job summary

Alberta Health Services is seeking an Administrative Support IV to support the Connect Care Learning Program. You will plan, schedule and manage learning sessions, maintain the MLL course schedule and roster, and generate training reports for trainers and leadership.

Remote work within Alberta is eligible. The role requires experience with training programs and LMS platforms, with a focus on engagement and coordination within diverse clinical and corporate teams.

Qualifications

• Some post-secondary education is required.
• Experience with workplace training programs and training administration.
• Experience with using administrative rights on a Learning Management System or other enterprise information system.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule and execute learning support tasks for Connect Care Learning Program.
• Configure and maintain course schedule on the Learning Management System (MLL).
• Coordinate learning sessions with trainers and manage session rosters and attendance.
• Generate and communicate training session reports to trainers and leadership.
