Job summary

Autodesk Canada seeks a Learning Ecosystem Development Manager to connect Autodesk’s internal learning ecosystem with customer learning initiatives. You will identify strategic opportunities, align cross-functional teams, and enable shared learning models across the organization.

In this role you’ll translate business priorities into actionable learning programs, build partnerships with content creators, and help scale learning experiences across Autodesk’s customer base in a fast-moving SaaS

Qualifications

• 5+ years in ecosystem development, strategic programs, or related fields.
• Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives across organizations.
• Ability to translate strategy into actionable programs and recommendations.
• Strong relationship-building and stakeholder-management skills.
• Experience in SaaS, technology, customer learning, or digital learning ecosystems (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Identify and validate strategic learning opportunities across Autodesk.
• Build relationships with internal teams creating learning content, experiences, or customer enablement.
• Connect teams and learning experiences into Autodesk’s broader Learning Ecosystem.
• Develop cross-functional learning initiatives connecting multiple Autodesk organizations and customer experiences.
• Identify content suitable for shared learning models such as self-serve publishing.
• Enable internal contributors to engage with Customer Learning by linking to paths, standards, resources, and support.
• Stay aligned to Autodesk strategy to identify where Learning should engage.
• Translate strategic signals into opportunities for Learning Architecture and other teams.
• Map the ecosystem to identify gaps and opportunities for stronger connections.
• Develop recommendations and briefs for new opportunities.
• Lead or support pilots testing new cross-functional learning approaches.
• Capture insights to strengthen the Learning Partnerships model.
• Monitor developments in customer education, digital learning, and AI-enabled learning.
