Job summary

Eli Lilly Canada invites a student to join its Learning & Development team for a defined internship in a hybrid Toronto setting. The role involves contributing to learning materials, collaboration with Learning colleagues, and participation in deployment of workshops and materials development.

The successful candidate will work closely with the team to deliver defined projects, gain exposure to multiple business areas, and experience the pharma industry’s pace and impact.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work closely within the Learning and Development team to help execute key defined projects. Supporting and collaborating with Learning colleagues on work including but not limited to, development of learning materials, materials approval process, supporting workshop deployment etc. Lilly wants to be the leader in this new approach, and we know you can play a big part in this change. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

Number of vacancies: 1 Start and end dates: January 4th, 2027 to December 23rd, 2027 Potential for an earlier start in December 2026 in a part-time and remote model for proactive onboarding, after which resuming to a full-time hybrid model January 2027. Subject to the needs of the team, and availability.

This is a hybrid role – onsite presence at our downtown Toronto office will be at least 10 days per month, determined in collaboration with your manager and based on business needs. You will be eligible to receive a per diem for each day you work on site. Interns are eligible for paid vacation and sick days.

The anticipated wage for this position is $29/hour Full-time equivalent employees may also be eligible for a company bonus (depending, in part, on company and individual performance).
