What can I expect to do in this role?
Reporting to the Director, Human Resources, the Learning, Development and Diversity Consultant will lead the design, delivery, and continuous evolution of learning initiatives that make a measurable difference. By partnering directly with leadership, the Consultant will create learning solutions that allow Exhibition Place to invest in its people and culture, deliver results, accelerate culture and workforce transformation, facilitate workforce transition, support talent development and staffing efforts, as well as lead Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) Action Plan initiatives.
