Learning Content Developer, Wireless Engineering

Join us as a Learning Content Developer, Wireless Engineering at Corning Incorporated.

This role involves designing, developing, and delivering learning materials focused on wireless engineering and iBwave software. The developer will collaborate with internal teams and vendors to create training content, technical documentation, and conduct training sessions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create comprehensive training programs and technical documentation for iBwave products.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Sales Engineering, and Marketing teams to ensure content relevance and accuracy.
• Coordinate with vendors for training projects.
• Conduct workshops, webinars, and act as an SME in iBwave communities.
• Manage customer support cases related to training.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Telecommunications, Education, or related fields.
• At least 5 years of experience in Wireless Engineering, with knowledge of RF concepts, LTE, 5G, Wi-Fi, IoT, and cellular RF design.
• Experience in developing training programs and technical documentation.
• Strong technical writing skills and proficiency with Office tools.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Language Skills: Bilingual in French and English, with English being essential for global collaboration.

Desired Skills: Experience with AI tools, Articulate, instructional design certification, and proficiency in Spanish and German.
