The Learning and Development Program Manager will be responsible for building and scaling our learning and leadership development programs to support business growth, employee engagement, and workforce transformation. The role will design and implement scalable, technology-enabled learning solutions, ensuring the employees across the globe have the resources they need to thrive. The role is a hands-on individual contributor role and will work closely with HRBPs, L&D Coordinator, business leaders and subject matter experts to build a learning culture that fuels innovation, retention and long-term success.
