The Learning and Development Program Manager will be responsible for building and scaling our learning and leadership development programs to support business growth, employee engagement, and workforce transformation. The role will design and implement scalable, technology-enabled learning solutions, ensuring the employees across the globe have the resources they need to thrive. The role is a hands-on individual contributor role and will work closely with HRBPs, L&D Coordinator, business leaders and subject matter experts to build a learning culture that fuels innovation, retention and long-term success.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Reporting directly to the Director of Human Resources, the duties and responsibilities of the Learning and Development Manager include, but are not limited to, the following:

  1. Develop and execute a future-focused Learning and Development strategy under the guidance of the Director of HR.
  2. Establish a learning roadmap that supports employees at all levels.
  3. Partner with HRBPs and business leaders to create succession planning framework and career progression models.
  4. Develop coaching, mentoring and stretch assignment programs to accelerate leadership capability.
  5. Continue developing skill inventory and mapping project to identify gaps and learning needs for future.
  6. Work with SMEs to design microlearning, workshops and blended learning experiences.
  7. Leverage tools, gamification and adaptive learning to enhance engagement.
  8. Partner with HRBP to define and assess training effectiveness and ROI, continuously drive improvement using data and employee feedback.
  9. Other initiatives assigned by the Director, HR and their designates.

Minimum Requirements:

  1. Completion of a bachelor’s degree in a field related to personnel management, such as human resources, business administration, industrial relations, commerce, psychology or social studies.
  2. Proven experience in learning and development, especially in designing and scaling corporate learning and development programs in a fast-growing, high-tech environment.
  3. Strong background in learning technology, LMS administration, instructional design and training facilitation.
  4. Advanced knowledge of adult learning principles and design.
  5. Ability to work with cross-functional teams within and outside of HR to drive learning and development initiatives.
