You will handle initial contact, coordinate orientations, monitor progress, and refer non-academic issues to appropriate teams, ensuring a smooth learner journey in a diverse, inclusive environment.

This full-time role offers hybrid work, a starting salary of $45,000 CAD, and opportunities to contribute to student success and campus initiatives.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education is an asset.
• Experience in business or post-secondary education settings is beneficial.
• Understanding diverse student needs and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new learners and support their engagement in the first 30 days.
• Serve as the first point of contact via phone, Salesforce, virtual meetings and in-person.
• Facilitate orientations and workshops to integrate new learners.
• Monitor progress and assist with non-academic support and referrals.
• Respond to inquiries via Salesforce and coordinate graduation checks as needed.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve student issues and improve experience.
