Qualifications

• 10+ years commercial electrical experience.
• 2+ years estimating experience (design-assist and TI preferred).
• Strong knowledge of CEC and local codes.
• Proficiency in Bluebeam, Accubid, or equivalent tools.
• Strong understanding of labor productivity and installation methods.
• Knowledge of contracts and construction conditions.

The Role

Reporting directly to the General Manager, the Electrical Estimator is responsible for full-cycle estimating — from lead qualification through turnover to operations.

This role is about more than pricing drawings. It is about:

• Understanding the client’s real needs through ongoing communication
• Creating clarity before a job starts
• Identifying opportunities to add value
• Protecting margin by reducing operational risk

You will play a key role in shaping our pipeline, strengthening client and vendor relationships, while continuously improving our estimating systems.
