Job summary

The University of Calgary's Haskayne School of Business seeks a Full-time Limited Term Program Specialist, Leadership Programs for approximately 24 months to coordinate the BMO Mentorship Program and Haskayne Adventure Leadership within CCAL.

You will collaborate with students, alumni and industry partners to deliver high-impact leadership experiences on campus and beyond, managing programs from planning to evaluation.

Qualifications

• An undergraduate degree in event management, business, or project management is required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in program management and delivery, event or project management.
• Demonstrated knowledge of leadership development, mentorship and experiential learning programs is an asset.
• Demonstrated ability to develop collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills to manage complex tasks.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate programs through the full programming cycle, including needs assessment, delivery, evaluation and reporting.
• Plan and execute multiple initiatives and large-scale events with meaningful community engagement.
• Maintain detailed program plans, timelines, and documentation for assigned programs.
• Serve as liaison with school stakeholders across all relevant programs.
• Coordinate logistics such as venues, catering, invitations and accommodations.
