Le poste de leader, Pharmacie est une nouvelle fonction de premier plan chez Pfizer Canada. La priorité de la personne qui l’occupe consiste à élaborer et à déployer une stratégie auprès des pharmacies pour l’approche One Pfizer, dans le respect de notre vision de la croissance et de nos ambitions liées aux Étoiles polaires.
Le ou la leader, Pharmacie est responsable des gestionnaires des comptes principaux qui développent et entretiennent les relations avec les associations nationales et provinciales de pharmacies de premier plan. Parmi celles-ci figurent l’Association canadienne des pharmacies de quartier, l’APhC, l’OPA et l’AQPP. L’équipe du ou de la leader, Pharmacie agit comme principal point de contact de Pfizer auprès des associations, et assure une liaison et une harmonisation avec les intervenants internes concernés (Accès au marché, Affaires réglementaires, Marketing, Approvisionnement) sur différents domaines d’intérêt commun.
Chapeautée par l’organisation des ventes, cette équipe contribue à toutes les unités d’affaires de Pfizer Canada. Sa priorité à court terme est le segment des Vaccins au sein de l’unité des Soins primaires. Relevant du leader – Engagement auprès des clients, le ou la leader, Pharmacie fait partie de l’équipe de leadership de l’organisation des ventes et participe à la planification de la stratégie globale auprès des pharmacies ainsi qu’à la concrétisation de la vision de Pfizer Canada.
La personne titulaire du poste jouera un rôle primordial dans l’organisation. Elle devra élaborer une stratégie à adopter auprès des pharmacies de détail qui correspond à l’approche One Pfizer au Canada. Cette stratégie devra permettre de déployer les efforts dans la bonne direction pour répondre aux besoins de la clientèle et des patients et patientes sous sa responsabilité. Cette personne agira aussi à titre de leader visionnaire capable de concevoir de nouvelles façons de penser, de remettre en question l’ordre établi et de favoriser l’apport d’innovations et de changements bien réfléchis afin de transformer pour le mieux le milieu des pharmacies de détail.
L’équipe de pharmacie créera des pratiques de vaccination durables, à les promouvoir et à inciter leur adoption par les grands comptes se rapportant aux vaccins qui comportent plusieurs pharmacies ou plusieurs parties prenantes. L’accent sera placé particulièrement sur la génération de retombées à grande échelle auprès des pharmacies de détail. Étant donné que la vaccination est de nature novatrice et qu’elle est en plein expansion, les gestionnaires de comptes exerceront des responsabilités qui s’étendent sur de nombreux territoires de vente de vaccins, par exemple une province entière, voire plusieurs.
De plus, l’équipe a pour objectif de créer une stratégie et une expérience coordonnées en nouant des partenariats avec des cadres supérieurs des chaînes de pharmacie ainsi que des formateurs et formatrices pour améliorer l’incidence globale de nos médicaments et vaccins dans le milieu de la santé. À titre d’exemple, on peut penser à des comptes stratégiques, comme les comptes de vente au détail (chaînes et bannières), d’établissements de soins longue durée, de pharmacies spécialisées et d’associations. Le leader encadrerez une équipe qui élabora des stratégies et des programmes fondés sur une approche descendante qui servent à maximiser l’utilisation des vaccins, et, d’autre part, elle assure l’intégration verticale et l’opérationnalisation en collaboration avec des parties prenantes critiques. L’équipe travaillera à améliorer leur compréhension de ces comptes stratégiques et des besoins médicaux non comblés des patientes et patients qu’ils desservent, en plus de chercher à élargir les possibilités qu’ils offrent.

Pharmacy Lead
The Pharmacy Lead is a new and integral role within Pfizer Canada, focused on developing and driving our One Pfizer Pharmacy strategy aligned with our Vision for Growth and North Star aspirations.
This Pharmacy Lead is responsible for leading the One Pfizer team of Key Account Managers (KAM). This team is part of the Sales Organization and supports all the business units within Pfizer Canada with a near term focus on the Primary Care Vaccines business. The Pharmacy Lead reports directly to the Customer Engagement Lead and is a member of the Sales Organization Leadership team contributing to the overall Pharmacy strategy and vision of Pfizer Canada.
This role is critical to the organization, and you will be responsible for developing and ensuring a One Pfizer Canada retail pharmacy approach where efforts are aligned to meet the needs of our customers and patients they manage. This individual will take a leadership role in pioneering news ways of thinking, challenge the status quo and drive for thoughtful change and innovation to positively impact the retail pharmacy environment.
The Pharmacy team will be responsible for creating, supporting and activating sustainable immunization practices with large, multi-pharmacy or multi stakeholder vaccine accounts, with strongest emphasis on impact at scale with retail pharmacies. Due to the novel and growing nature of immunization, the KAM’s responsibilities will overlap with many vaccine sales territories, across an entire, or even several provinces.
As well, the team has an objective of creating a coordinated strategy and experience by partnering with senior pharmacy chain executives and educators to improve the overall healthcare impact of our medicines and vaccines. This includes strategic accounts such as retail accounts (chain and banners), residential care / specialty and association accounts. The team is a trusted business partner to these strategic accounts ensuring development of top down programs and strategies aligned to optimizing vaccine utilization, while also ensuring vertical integration and operationalization in collaboration with key stakeholders. The team will aspire to gain a greater understanding of these strategic accounts, the unmet healthcare needs of the patients they serve and strive to unlock these opportunities.
The Pharmacy Lead is responsible for the key account managers who develop and own the relationships with critical national and provincial pharmacy associations. This includes the Neighbourhood Pharmacy Association of Canada, CPhA, OPA and AQPP among others. The Pharmacy lead's team acts as Pfizer's single point of contact with the associations and ensures connection and alignment with relevant internal stakeholders (Market access, regulatory, marketing, supply) on a broad range of areas of mutual interest.
Act as the primary point of contact in developing and leading the One Pfizer Pharmacy strategy to unlock vaccinations and other unmet needs
You will engage, collaborate, and influence various senior leaders across the organization (Business Unit Leads, Marketing Directors, Sales Leadership, Medical, Access & Value, etc.) to ensure that the Pharmacy team is deployed appropriately to deliver results.
Lead, support and coach KAMs to ensure clear understanding of responsibilities, facilitate connections with marketing, sales and medical colleagues to drive the overall pharmacy plan.
Develop, track and monitor key metrics aligned with the pharmacy plan and present key outcomes to Sales and Business leads.
Demonstrate Pfizer Values and ensure that the Pharmacy team adheres to Pfizer compliance policies and procedures as well as to the Innovative Medicines Canada Code of Ethical Practice
Act as a leader and member of the Sales Organization Leadership Team and leads key initiatives to improve the engagement, talent management, performance and culture of the Sales Organization

The annual base salary for this position ranges from 139,350$ to $232,250.
The salary range provided applies to Canada only and does not apply to any other locations outside of Canada.
