• Be responsible for the operational processes of your sector by achieving and monitoring the production objectives.

How to thrive in this role? Skills, knowledge & experience:

You have a diploma in operations, production, or engineering management or a related field (aeronautics an asset)

You have 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory role in a unionized manufacturing environment

You have strong planning and organizational skills to ensure results are achieved.

You demonstrate managerial courage when managing personnel

You have interpersonal skills necessary to develop and maintain effective working relationships with employees, customers, all levels of management team, and other departments.

You are motivated by a stimulating and fast changing environment.

You are proficient in French (bilingualism an asset).

You are flexible to work other shifts if required
