Role Description

This is a full‑time or contract remote role for a User Experience (UX) Designer reporting to the Chief Product Officer. You will independently lead design for specific product areas or features, driving initiatives from concept to production while supporting the company’s long‑term product vision.
You will own end‑to‑end user experiences, making well‑reasoned design decisions and producing wireframes, prototypes, and high‑fidelity visual designs. The role includes conducting user research such as interviews, surveys, usability testing, and analysis of product data to inform design outcomes.
You will collaborate closely with product managers and engineers on product strategy, present design solutions to senior stakeholders, and contribute to the evolution of the design system while building expertise in enterprise resource planning UX.

Must‑Have Qualifications
  • 2+ years of full‑time professional UX design experience in enterprise or B2B SaaS products
  • Proven experience designing responsive products across desktop, tablet, and mobile
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating end‑to‑end design ownership, from problem framing to shipped solutions
  • Experience making design decisions independently, grounded in user needs, data, and product context
  • Comfortable collaborating closely with product managers and engineers in a remote‑first environment
  • Proficiency with modern design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or equivalent high‑fidelity prototyping tools
  • Solid understanding of design systems, component libraries, and scalable UI patterns
  • Clear communicator with the ability to present and defend design decisions to stakeholders
  • Canada‑based (with no need for additional work sponsorship)
  • Fluency in English
Nice‑to‑Have Qualifications
  • Experience conducting user research, including interviews, usability testing, or surveys
  • Hands‑on experience designing data‑dense B2B dashboards or workflow‑heavy tools
  • Demonstrated ability to simplify complex or technical interfaces
  • Familiarity with dark mode design and advanced responsive patterns
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1 AA)
  • Exposure to compliance‑driven UI constraints such as SOC2 or GDPR
  • Experience with A/B testing or product experimentation
  • Experience designing for RTL languages or multi‑lingual products
  • Fluency in additional languages such as French, Spanish, Dutch, or Arabic
