Reporting to the Manager, HR Operations, the Talent Management Lead will be responsible for providing strategic planning and coordination of all recruitment. Halton Healthcare is expanding our hospital capacity across the region to meet the growing needs of the community. In doing so, we are strengthening care by developing modern spaces within existing hospital infrastructure. Initially, this will include the creation of a strategy document outlining the Hospital’s plan for people resourcing from project start to finish. The Lead will also be responsible for providing strategic end-to-end recruitment expertise while working collaboratively with the HR team to support the delivery of effective talent management programs, providing day-to-day functional guidance and support to a team of HR Advisors who are responsible for supporting hiring managers to attract strong candidates to Halton Healthcare. Salary:Min: $54.219 ($105,727) to Max: $67.80 ($132,210)
