Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent.
- 7+ years in relevant Software Developer roles, including Senior Software Developer.
- 1+ years leading a team (formal or informal).
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Ability to work autonomously within an accountability framework and plan, monitor, escalate when needed to meet objectives.
Responsibilities
- Provide design and architectural guidance for complex software applications and services.
- Maintain hands-on coding and champion software engineering best practices.
- Ensure delivery and quality of new platform capabilities meeting functional and non‑functional requirements.
- Lead reviews of designs and propose design alternatives.
- Allocate tasks and manage project work within team objectives.
