Job summary

ARISTA is seeking a full-time Site Superintendent in Vaughan with 5+ years of experience on high-volume low-rise projects including single detached and townhomes. You will oversee daily site operations, coordinate trades, and ensure schedules align with closing dates.

Reporting to the Construction Manager, you will enforce Ontario codes and Arista quality standards while delivering a premium homeowner experience through rigorous safety practices and collaborative problem solving.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in low-rise residential construction
• Knowledge of OHSA, Ontario Building Code, and Tarion/HCRA requirements
• Ability to read architectural/structural/grading drawings
• Strong problem-solving for on-site challenges
• Natural leader with cross-discipline collaboration
• Current safety certifications or willingness to obtain

Responsibilities

• Run daily site operations and maintain production schedule relating to closings
• Lead site team including finish supervisor, QC inspector, site admin, and labourers
• Coordinate and inspect trades, enforcing full-build scope
• Regularly report completion dates and deficiencies
• Foster safety-first culture with toolbox talks and meetings
• Ensure code compliance and Arista quality standards
