The “A” Team is currently seeking a full-time Site Superintendent with a minimum of 5 years’ experience managing high-volume low-rise construction projects, including single detached, semi-detached, and Townhouses (Traditional, Rear-Lane, Back-to-back, etc.). Qualified candidates must be able to maintain a fast-paced production schedules while prioritizing the Arista quality build standards across all trade disciplines. This individual must be a team player and have strong leadership and trade relationship management skills. As a key member of the Construction department, the successful candidate will report directly to the Construction Manager on all matters relating to site operations, production scheduling, quality, and homeowner closings. You will be a key point of contact for trade contractors, ensuring efficient coordination, code compliance, and a quality homeowner experience throughout the construction lifecycle.
