Job summary

Stillwater Custom Homes & Renovations is seeking a Site Lead Carpenter to oversee on-site construction under the guidance of the Construction Manager and Project Manager in Victoria, BC. You will lead, mentor, and coordinate work across trades to ensure craftsmanship and safety.

The role requires 5+ years of residential construction leadership, strong framing and finishing skills, and a commitment to high performance.

Qualifications

• Journeyman Carpenter certification or equivalent experience.
• Red Seal certification is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Pre-Planning & Site Set-Up and take accountability for new project site setup.
• Lead and mentor Stillwater team members on site and coordinate with PM/CM.
• Ensure safety and quality on site and collaborate on scheduling and cost coding.
