Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on hardware verification experience across multiple projects or tapeouts.
• Proficient in Verilog, SystemVerilog, and UVM.
• Experience applying AI-assisted verification tools and AI-driven flows.
• Strong programming skills.
• Familiarity with scripting languages (Perl, Python, Ruby).

Responsibilities

• Architect, develop, and maintain IP verification testbenches and infrastructure.
• Own detailed test plans for new features across blocks; review with stakeholders.
• Lead regression triage, debug simulations, analyze coverage, drive issue resolution.
• Deploy and evolve verification methodologies including UVM, formal verification, AI-assisted flows.
• Take end-to-end ownership of features across projects; mentor junior engineers.
• Reproduce silicon functional bugs in simulations and formal tools.
• Conduct code reviews and establish coding/verification standards.
